Can W&B projects be created with member-only access?

Yes. Team projects can be set to Restricted (Team) visibility so only team members can view and edit them. Team admins set project privacy per project.

How long until my group or membership appears in W&B?

CIDM to Entra ID sync typically takes 10 to 30 minutes. After that, the SCIM pipeline provisions the change to W&B (it runs daily at 17:00 UTC, or on demand).

Who can add or remove members?

Only owner-group members — the team’s tech lead, their delegate, and the platform admins — manage the team group in CIDM.

I created the group but users aren’t in W&B. Why?

The team group must be added to the sync pipeline first. Send the team group name (GLOAZU_WANDB_<TEAM_NAME>) to the platform team. See Step 4 of the access guide.

Can end users self-request access via the Request Access quicklink?

No. The groups are owner-managed and not requestable. Ask an owner-group member to add you.
